The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating a case of aggravated harassment at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center last week.
Police from the 109th Precinct in Flushing reported that the incident occurred at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, in front of 211-06 26th Ave, where a 19-year-old man was approached by the suspect, who shouted anti-Jewish statements toward the victim. The suspect then threatened to shoot him, police said, before running off in an unknown direction.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect on Oct. 27. The unidentified individual was wearing a pink and orange sweatsuit, a black and white hooded jacket and gray sneakers.
A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
