Real estate firm announces two new leases at Whitestone Plaza

The national real estate investment firm Feil Organization announced on Nov. 17 that the Whitestone Plaza shopping center has been fully leased following two more leases. These two leases related to Beechhurst Executive Suites and The Smilist Dental.

Beechhurst Executive Suites renewed its second floor 6,936-square-foot space for ten years. The Smilist Dental expanded from 1,875 square feet to 4,480 square feet for an additional ten years.

“We’re thrilled to continue our relationship with Beechhurst Executive Suites and be able to support The Smilist Dental’s expansion, which is a testament to the relationship we at Feil have with our tenants and the community,” Feil Organization Vice President of Retail Leasing Randall Briskin said. “Whitestone Plaza is the preeminent shopping destination in Whitestone and northern Queens at large. We’re excited to be fully leased and continue offering essential, well-established retail options for the community to enjoy.”

The 62,000-square-foot urban community shopping center is located at the intersection of 10th Avenue and 154th Street in Whitestone. In addition to Beechhurst Executive Suites, some of the other notable tenants include CVS and North Shore Farms supermarket, alongside an array of local and essential businesses.

Whitestone Plaza is located near the Cross Island Parkway, I-295 and I-678.
