The Bayside Historical Society invited families to head to its castle for a fun afternoon of Valentine crafts, activities, and snacks on Feb. 1.

Students from the Bayside High School Key Club volunteered their time to help parents and children make the Valentine’s Day cards, some of which will be distributed to Assemblyman Edward Braunstein’s office, who, in turn, will be gifting them to veterans.
