Clark said her treasurer, Joseph Samuels, did not know that he was required to file a report 32 days before the Nov. 7 general election because he was unaware that she had an opponent. She did not face a challenger in the Democratic primary.
Robert Hutchison of Queens Village is running on the Republican ticket against Clark, but he has not filed a campaign financial disclosure report with the state Board of Elections.
He has not posted or distributed any campaign material in the district that covers Queens Village, Bellerose, St. Albans and Cambria Heights.
Clark said her treasurer has filed the information on her contributions and expenditures for the period from July 1 through Oct. 6, with the state Board of Elections.
