A previously announced business deal between Hudson Valley Holding Corp. and New York National Bank has become official, providing Hudson Valley with four additional banks in the Bronx.
Kicking off the new year, Hudson Valley Holding Corp. announced the acquisition of New York National Bank, which has now been converted into a New York State chartered bank and renamed NYNB Bank. The bank will operate independently as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hudson Valley Holding Corp. The deal was first discussed at the end of 2004 and is expected to bolster Hudson Valley
