Man struck, killed

An unidentified man was struck by a 2008 Toyota Highlander and killed at the intersection of Union Turnpike and the Clearview Expressway on October 11.
The victim was taken to Queens General Hospital, where je was pronounced dead. The driver remained on the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
