Thank you, TimesLedger Newspapers, for printing my letter “Build overpass over traffic-heavy streets” (Sept. 4).
As of this writing, no one is interested in my plan. I sent memos to U.S. Sens. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) and Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, U.S. Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-Bayside) and Gov. David Paterson. I have not had any response from them. My guess is that they are too busy with other matters.
Time is running out and the plan I have developed will fade away soon.
Again, thank you for publishing my letter.
