The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research recently opened a new wing, which cost $50 million to construct and was the result of a donation by Susan and Leonard Feinstein. The new wing is 56,250-square-feet and has a 300-seat conference center and state-of-the-art clinical research facilities.
“This new research building will further enhance the prestige of the Feinstein [Institute] and our ability to recruit the nation’s best and brightest scientific leaders,” said Michael Dowling, the president and chief executive officer of the North Shore-LIJ Health System.
