Vicious attack

According to District Attorney Richard A. Brown, one man viciously – and randomly – attacked another on Greene Avenue on November 14.
Pierre Nicolas allegedly approached the victim with a golf club. A verbal altercation ensued, and Nicolas attacked the man, punching him in the face repeatedly “causing bruising, swelling and cuts to his left eye and cheek area.”
The victim was taken to the hospital, and Nicolas was taken into custody. He is charged with assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
