Seeing Young Stars Graduate In H.b.

Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder and State Sen. Joseph Addabbo recently participated in the graduation of students in the First Step Program at the Reach For the Stars program in Howard Beach. As noted, the center provides day care services and other educational programs for local children.
