Woman, 86, found on Cross Island Parkway

BAY TERRACE — An unidentified woman was found walking along the Cross Island Parkway at the Throgs Neck Bridge last Friday.

Police said the 86-year-old woman told them she did not know where she lives and that her name is Hwang Soo Ha. She was wearing red pants, a gray shirt, a brown coat, a blue baseball hat and black sneakers, police said.
