MTA bus driver allegedly attacks Flushing gas station worker over lottery ticket

An off-duty MTA bus driver attacked a gas station worker during a dispute over a missing lottery ticket in Flushing, authorities said.

Louis Cintron, 44, allegedly punched the worker in the nose during the argument at the station at Horace Harding Expressway and Lawrence Street on Thursday morning.

According to DNAinfo, Cintron unknowingly dropped one of his lottery tickets and demanded a refund or replacement ticket from the worker.

But the worker refused and Cintron allegedly grabbed him and punched him.

Cintron was charged with assault and harassment, according to police.
