Do you know a business that is just plain better than all the others in Queens? The 5th Annual Best of the Boro Competition has officially begun!
Every year, hundreds of businesses in a number of categories get nominated and thousands of people vote. The Best of the Boro title has become a highly coveted award for the most outstanding businesses. This is your chance to tell us which businesses really are the best in Queens.
From now until Aug. 5, nominations are open for the Best of the Boro Competition. Categories include Food, Restaurants, Arts/Entertainment, Shopping, Pets, Automotive, Sports, Weddings, Health & Wellness, Home & Garden, Fashion, and Nightlife & Spirits. The top 10 businesses that receive the most nominations will move on to the voting round, which takes place from Aug. 22 to Oct. 21.
One winner from each category will be crowned the Best of the Boro. Winners will be announced in November 2016. Each winner will earn the rights to have the BEST OF logo on all of their marketing, including print and digital advertising, not to mention the bragging rights as the Best in Queens (until next year’s Best of the Boro Competition, that is!).
