With shows like “Rick and Morty,” “The Boondocks” and “The Eric Andre Show,” Adult Swim is known for its unorthodox programming.

Starting in September, it’s taking the show on the road with the “Adult Swim on the Green Tour.”  The six-city tour will include games, food trucks and trivia with a chance to win exclusive prizes.

On Oct. 3, the tour will stop in Long Island City at Socrates Sculpture Park at 32-01 Vernon Blvd. The event starts at 6:45 p.m. and event admission is free with the purchase of a $5 concession voucher.

In addition to games and food, a “Things You’ve Never Seen” screening will expose fans to unaired episodes, never-before-seen pilots and specials on a custom LED wall.

Every tour stop will be different so one night fans may be treated to a new episode of “Rick and Morty” while other fans will watch new clips, episodes and localized Adult Swim content for their city.

The event is open to people 18 and older and will last until 10 p.m. To purchase tickets, click here.
