As winter slowly approaches, the real estate market in Ridgewood remains red hot, as a three-story, mixed-use building on Fresh Pond Road is on the market for more than $2 million.
According to Greiner-Maltz Investment Properties, which is offering the site, the three-story, 5,712-square-foot building located at 71-12 Fresh Pond Rd. contains seven apartment units and one commercial space. The property falls within the area’s C2-4/R6B zoning.
The current asking price for the building is $2.1 million, Greiner-Maltz said.
Monthly rents for all eight units range from $908 to $1,900, with the size of each unit still to be determined.
The property is located near several public transportation lines, including the Fresh Pond Road M train station, as well as the Q55, QM24, QM25, QM34, B13, and B20 bus lines.
