Flushing murder victim lived around the corner from where he was gunned down (UPDATED)

A man was found fatally shot to death in front of this Flushing home on Nov. 4, police reported.

Cops have identified the 26-year-old man who was fatally shot multiple times on a residential Flushing street on Sunday morning.

Officers from the 109th Precinct responded to a 911 call about the shooting in front of a home on 45th Avenue near 163rd Street at 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 4.

Upon arriving at the scene, they found Victor Alvarenga, 26, of 164th Street in Flushing, unconscious and unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

Paramedics rushed him to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Alvarenga lived around the corner from where he was fatally shot.

Police have not yet revealed any information regarding a possible motive, or a description of the suspect(s) involved.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
