Police from the 109th Precinct are searching for an unidentified man in connection with an “unlawful surveillance pattern” investigation in Flushing.
During the afternoon of July 29, inside a Target store located at 40-42 College Point Blvd., the creep followed two young girls into the women’s restroom. A 12-year-old and a 3-year-old entered a bathroom stall and the man put his cellphone under the stall to record and photograph the victims, police said.
The girls exited the restroom and alerted the women they were with as the perpetrator fled the store on foot, according to the NYPD.
The man returned to the same Target store the following evening and followed a 40-year-old woman who was standing in an aisle. When she leaned over to look at an item, the unidentified man put his cellphone under her skirt to record and photograph her. The man once again fled on foot, police said.
The NYPD released surveillance photos and a video that shows the man strutting through the Target store. He is a light-skinned man with dark hair, wearing a black mask, sleeveless shirts and dark pants.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
