The New York Lottery announced that a third-prize winning ticket worth $50,000 for the Sept. 14 Powerball drawing was purchased in Queens.
The prize-winning ticket was purchased at the Jolly 100 Corporation at 45-20 Queens Boulevard in Sunnyisde. The winning numbers were 9, 10, 20 and 22.
The jackpot for the drawing, to be held on Sept. 18, is estimated at $225 million.
