Quincy Avenue residents strung out over the fleet of cable trucks lining up in front of their homes for the past two months might have reason to celebrate in the New Year.

A source affiliated with the illegal dispatch center operating out of a single-family home at 848 Quincy Avenue, near the corner of Lafayette Avenue, said the firm expects to move to a permanent
