L.I. man urinates at Citifield, resists arrest: DA

FLUSHING — A 19-year-old Long Island man was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly urinated in public at Citi Field and then refused to leave the ball game, the Queens district attorney said.

Scott Baily, of Ridge, L.I., was charged with assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct after he allegedly peed in the ballpark a little after 9:45 p.m. July 5 and then punched and flailed his arms to try to prevent himself from being handcuffed by police, the Queens DA said.

After being brought to a holding cell at the ballfield, Baily allegedly pushed the man who reported the urination, and who was also arrested for allegedly selling water bottles outside Citi Field without permission, into the wall, according to the DA.

The push resulted in a hematoma for the man, 48-year-old Kevin Williams of Jamaica, the DA said.
