Stopping Falls at Sr. Seminar

Seniors got a lesson how to prevent a debilitating fall during a seminar held by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York and sponsored by State Sen. Joseph Addabbo last Tuesday, May 22, in Howard Beach. As noted, the attendees from a number of local senior centers learned some tips and techniques for keeping themselves strong on their feet.
