Business Eye Board 5 Approval
Numerous restaurants, bars and clubs around Ridgewood, Glendale, Maspeth and Middle Village have sent their applications for new or renewed liquor licenses to Community Board 5 for its perusal.
As announced by Chairperson Vincent Arcuri at Board 5’s Sept. 12 meeting at Christ the King Regional High School in Middle Village, the applications are as follows:
– a new liquor license for S&E Latin Foods Inc., d.b.a. Sacocho & Empanadas, located at 1641 Woodbine St. in Ridgewood;
– a liquor license renewal for Wakamatsu Japanese Restaurant, located at 70-18 Grand Ave. in Maspeth;
– a liquor license renewal for Carom Corp., d.b.a. Arena Billiards & Cafe, located at 341 St. Nicholas Ave. in Ridgewood;
– a liquor license renewal for Apulum Corp., located at 1819 Palmetto St. in Ridgewood;
– a liquor license renewal for Oceans Lounge Inc., d.b.a. Oceans Lounge, located at 65-17 Fresh Pond Rd. in Ridgewood;
– a liquor license renewal for Simply Dip Corp., d.b.a. Simply Fondue, located in The Shops at Atlas Park at 71-19 80th St., Building 8S, in Glendale (this application includes a proposed outdoor seating area);
– a liquor license renewal for Maspeth Ale House Inc., d.b.a. Maspeth Ale House, located at 64-19 Flushing Ave. in Maspeth (this application includes a proposed outdoor seating area);
