Halloween came early in Kew Gardens for these young trick-or-treaters as Maple Grove Cemetery held a parade and pumpkin carving contest on Saturday

Glendale students learned about the working world from parents during P.S. 91’s Career Day last Friday morning, May 23. The speakers included Barbara Catalano, program director at Columbia University; actor Anthony Scavone; accountant Steven Tavel; bruno Iciano, Sanitation Department community affairs liaison; Elyse Haller of NBC Media; air marshal Christopher Waters and Michael Stolberg of Masterpiece International. They are pictured with P.S. 91 Principal Victoria Catalano and paraprofessional Arlene LoMastro among other guests and faculty members.
