Glendale Grads Come Together Again

Seventh-graders at St. Pancras Church in Glendale received the sacrament of Confirmation from Bishop Frank Caggiano of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens during a ceremony on Oct. 19 at the house of worship. The candidates for confirmation were both St. Pancras School students and youngsters in St. Pancras’ CCD program. Concelebrating the Mass with Bishop Caggiano were Msgr. Gregory Wielunski

After 50 years, members of the St. Pancras School Class of 1964 gathered together at the Glendale school last Saturday, June 21, for their golden anniversary. As noted, the festivities began with the celebration of Mass at nearby St. Pancras Church, followed by a tour of the elementary school. The guests then enjoyed a buffet dinner and dancing in the school auditorium.
