Police are investigating a South Jamaica shooting that left one man dead and another one injured in the hospital, said the NYPD.
According to authorities, the shooting took place Friday at about 5:53 p.m. inside a home at 144th Street and 115th Avenue.
Police said Taquane Clark, 21, was shot in the head. EMS pronounced Clark dead at the scene.
The other victim, a 27-year-old South Jamaica man, was rushed to Jamaica Hospital with gunshot wounds to his torso and leg, police said. He was listed in stable condition.
