The New York Lottery on Aug. 3 announced two top-prize winning tickets for the Aug. 2 Take 5 Evening drawing, one of which was sold in Forest Hills.

The winning ticket in Forest Hills was sold at Craft Beer & Smoke, a convenience store located at 110-84A Queens Blvd., which sold one of the prize-winning tickets worth $12,574.

The other winning ticket, also worth $12,574, was sold in Brooklyn.

Take 5 players with midday and evening draws on the same ticket should check nylottery.ny.gov to see if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding drawing.

Take 5 numbers are drawn from one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. A lottery draw game prize of any amount can be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
