A man was fatally shot at approximately 12:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, in front of 89-56 165 St. in Jamaica, according to police.
Officers from the 103 Precinct responded to a 911 call, and upon arrival, observed a 40-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to the leg, torso and face.
According to police, EMS transported the aided male to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jamaica, where he was pronounced deceased.
No arrests have been made in regard, and the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
