For the last 10 years, Milton Masaya has had a family-owned business helping New York refinish or remodel their kitchens and bathrooms, and in July 2001, he started Ultimate Reglazing and Home Improvements, Inc. His new specialty is the handicap-access “walk-thru tub cut out.”

“We broke into complete remodels about two years ago,” Masaya said. “I found out people wanted to do complete bathroom renovations and we now specialize in the art of that.”

Masaya said he offers two options to his customers seeking to update their current facility or home at a minimal cost by reglazing in about one or two days or a complete remodel, which he’ll do everything and not sub-contract out, completing the job in five to seven days.
Refinishing is the least expensive way to make the interior of homes look like a million bucks.
