According to reports, after an argument over immigration papers, one man fatally slashed another, set fire to the office, and then died of injuries he sustained.
On Saturday October 23, inside of 136-79 Roosevelt Avenue, Shao-Fan Gong, 27, allegedly slashed 42-year-old Chang-Xin Hu in the throat, then set fire to the third-floor office.
