The Flushing YMCA hosted a Lantern Festival to celebrate the Lunar New Year on Saturday, March 7, at 138-46 Northern Blvd. in Flushing.
Numerous community members were on hand for the celebration, which included a traditional lion dance and several other performances.
Some of the other fun activities on hand at the event included arts and crafts, face painting, a raffle, giveaways and more.
This free, family-friendly event was enjoyable for people of all ages.
